Hahahaha, as if there's not enough issues with understanding people over the phone with very strong accents, now you have to contend with sounds of livestock.

I really had no problem with the young lady who helped me. She was doing her best and was knowledgeable. Heck, she's just trying to earn a living. I meant to say that Xfinity was unprofessional in not providing better working conditions.

They probably are letting people work from home (or requiring it) and they're doing their best. We have had the same issue. Our internet has been out for a week. Turns out all their "help Call center representatives are outsourced and are simply reading from a script. Which we knew (hello Bombay or New Delhi).
