Made it 2 miles today, shin splits sidelined me. This is crazy, a stupid think like lower leg pain is stopping me? So frustrating.

I usually get 3 - 6 miles every evening with my Black-Mouth Cur. We've started running again as well since my recent half-marathon. I ache all over most days due to my blood pressure meds but I'm too ornery to give in.
