View MoreSomething has been slowly occurring to me over the past year as I watch people stubbornly cling to the easily dis-proven pandemic's official narrative. People cling ferociously to the mainstream doom-and-gloom story surrounding the pandemic even when confronted with contradicting evidence from official sources. It's dawned on me that these true-believers have suicidal tendencies. Now, I realize that that may seem counter-intuitive, since these true-believers appear to be trying their darndest to avoid 'catching it', but it seems to me that they have more in common with those who have deep-seated suicidal tendencies or tendencies towards self-harm. These people have a tremendous desire for the pandemic danger to be true, so much so that they refuse to see any evidence to the contrary. We've all seen stories about people who use hard drugs to the point where they're basically killing themselves. I've often wondered why they behave as if they have a desire to die yet at the same time they don't take that final plunge and spare themselves all of the misery. In the olden days I would chalk it up to the belief in suicide being a sin but these days I don't think that concern over sinning plays a large part in people's decision. Could this be the same thing at work here; a society subconsciously waiting/wanting to die while while not carrying through with the deed themselves? We see self destructive behaviour running rampant throughout society; drug abuse, alcohol abuse, gambling addiction, smoking, self-cutting, gasoline-sniffing, domestic abuse, even right down to the 'shop-a-holics', etc. Why couldn't this phenomenon be running along the same vein? People not outwardly asking for death yet at the same time inwardly hoping for the release that death would bring. That is, after all, exactly what drives those other self-destructive pursuits which so many people engage in. It would be interesting to learn just how many of those who cling to the 'Covid' fear so dearly, also engage in other forms of self-destructive behaviour. I'd bet that there is a high correlation. It has long occurred to me that today's society is, to a large part, suicidal. Today, I see their reaction to the 'pandemic' as just being more evidence that I'm correct.
